authorization is required from NCAAFanStore.com for any
returned merchandise. We cannot accept returns on used items,
special order merchandise or auctioned items. Merchandise must
be in original packaging and be resalable as new. All requests
must be made within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are
non refundable. Please e-mail
sales@ncaafanstore.com or call 1-317-219-3413 prior to
returning any merchandise to obtain a RA #. Merchandise returned
without an RA # is subject to a 15% restock fee. Please include
your credit card number with your return. For your safety we
DO NOT keep credit card numbers on file. Team logo golf bags
and putters are considered special orders and will be charged a
20% restock fee. |
